Why private lessons

Starting alone is harder than it needs to be.

  1. Videos are made for everyone, so they fit no one.

I shape each session around your goals, your fitness, and how you learn best.

  2. Nobody is checking your form.

Small habits like a dropped hand or a leaning jab are easy to fix early and hard to undo later.

  3. Group classes move at the room's pace.

One on one, we slow down where you need it and move on when you are ready.

What we will touch on

The fundamentals, shaped around how you learn.

Everyone picks things up in a different order. These are the skills we will cover, in whatever order suits you.

How it works

  1. Step 1Free consultation

A short call about your goals, any injuries, and your schedule. I use it to build your first session.

  2. Step 2Your first session

We start with the basics and plenty of pad work. Expect to sweat, have fun, and leave knowing something new.

  3. Step 3Keep it fresh

Each session mixes technique with fitness, so it never feels like the same workout twice.

Common questions

No. Most people I train have never thrown a punch. We start from how to stand.
